Sharing New Year’s Resolution with Bipolar Friends

  • I will start living in the present.
  • I will listen to my doctor and go for regular counseling.
  • I will make sure that I sleep well.
  • I will take medications regularly, as prescribed.
  • I will exercise more.
  • I will make time to do things that I enjoy.
  • I will stop judging myself based on how “productive” I was that day.
  • I will shut down the voices in my head that tell me I’m not good enough.
  • I will ask for help when I need it.
  • Most Importantly, I WILL LOVE MYSELF
