- I will start living in the present.
- I will listen to my doctor and go for regular counseling.
- I will make sure that I sleep well.
- I will take medications regularly, as prescribed.
- I will exercise more.
- I will make time to do things that I enjoy.
- I will stop judging myself based on how “productive” I was that day.
- I will shut down the voices in my head that tell me I’m not good enough.
- I will ask for help when I need it.
- Most Importantly, I WILL LOVE MYSELF
