New Year’s Resolution

New Year's Resolutions

Sharing New Year’s Resolution with Bipolar Friends I will start living in the present. I will listen to my doctor and go for regular counseling. I will make sure that I sleep well. I will take medications regularly, as prescribed. I will exercise more. I will make time to do things that I enjoy. I will stop judging myself based on how “productive” I was that day. I will shut down the voices in my head that tell me I’m not good enough. I will ask for help when I need it. Most Importantly, I WILL LOVE MYSELF Lamia Islam
